How Long We Keep Your Data

What Happens If There's a Breach
In case of a data incident:
- We will notify affected parties and the NPC within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, in accordance with legal requirements.
- We will work to contain the breach, investigate its root causes, and assist affected users.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If we discover that we have collected such information without verified parental or guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.
